How it works
Three steps. We only draw the book after payment.
1Choose the story
Age, theme, main idea, illustration style and book language.
2Add the heroes
Photo, name and age of the main hero and, if you like, up to four more heroes, their hobbies and favourite food.
3Get your book
In about 15 minutes your 26-page book is ready. You can fine-tune the text and pictures in the editor.

Questions
Which photos work?
A clear photo of one person, ideally full-length in daylight. If several people are in the photo, you select the right one.
How long does it take?
About 15 minutes after payment. The book opens on the site, and we send the link by e-mail and Telegram.
Can I change anything?
Yes. After the book is created you can edit the text on any page yourself and redraw up to 5 illustrations for free — we don’t offer a manual editing service. After you order the printed book you can still make changes for 2 hours; then it goes to the printer as it is.
Who can be in the book?
Your child and up to four heroes: parents, grandparents, siblings, friends, pets and even a favourite toy.
Can I get a refund?
Every book is made just for you, so we can’t offer refunds on e-books or printed books. In the editor you can fix the text and redraw up to 5 illustrations. If your printed book has a printing defect, let us know within 14 days and we’ll replace it free of charge.
What happens to our photos?
Your photos are safe: they are only used for your books — we never publish them. You can delete your photos and books at any time in your account.
